    Folic acid

    Can I take L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate 800mcg Tablets (L-5-MTBF) twice ? Taking 400 MCG folic acid as part of my prenatal vitamins already.. So total can this be considered as required 2000 MCG ?

    Yes that's fine as long as you don't have any blood clotting disorders (in which case you'd need to find a prenatal that had folate and not folic acid.) That is just as good as 2000 mcg!

    yes, this is ok even if you don't drink the tea.
