Women's multi ?
omg I haven't taken any for 2 days. I ran out 2 days ago and was supposed to get some yesterday and I totally forgot and now I probably won't be able to get any until mon or tue.
That means a whole week without any prenatals, will that do any damage to the baby if I am pregnant?

It's not ideal, but I'm sure it's happened to other people as well. Can your husband pick some up for you??
Otherwise if you have any single vitamin pills like C, D, etc. that are a similar dosage to your prenatal, start taking those as a replacement. Also, many breakfast cereals are heavily vitamin fortified and so if you started eating some a couple times a day, you'll make up some of the deficit.
Being that you're only 1 DPO it's less critical than if the baby had already implanted, but still not ideal (for your own health either) so I am really hoping yoru DH can get some for you.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I'm not normally in this forum but just saw your post on the front page - if you are waiting on a prescription, can you just get some over the counter to tide you over? (You can always use them later during BFing.) If not, I would at least try to get some folic acid, which is very cheap and available. That is the single most important one to take. Individual vitamins are fine too but just be careful with vitamin A - the retinol form has been linked to birth defects. The beta carotene form is recommended, just eat carrots! Good luck with POAS.

THANK YOU JACQUELINE!!! No one should take high dose Vit A (the small amounts included in many multivitamins is ok).
