    breakfast

    i am a boy swayer
    and every morning i have for breakfast 2cups of black coffee with 15dried dates and some butter
    and after two hours i have my regular breakfast
    is it good that way ?!

    I would rather see you eat something that has some protein in it rather than just dates and butter. It's certainly better than waiting 2 hours to eat, but I just wonder if you could pick something a little more balanced. Dates are also quite sugary and while they're fine for a boy, they will add a lot of calories for not a lot of nutrition.

    Is there any way you can switch to tea, or to have only one cup of coffee instead of two? That may be better for your sway.

    i am thinking to cancel all coffee these weeks until my positive pregnancy test as i am a very very huge coffee drinker as you see my username is Coffee since 2013 when i register this wonderful forum
    hahaha

    i mean dark brown coffee with no milk no cream no sugar
    i think this is the most factor why i have 4girls as i drink 5 to 7 of coffe everday

    Ha ha yes! I would give it up since it's been a strong pink sway for us, but I understand if you can't go all the way!!

    Anything less than you were doing will only help, though, so if one still gets in there every day, I think it's ok.

    Yes even black coffee seems to sway pink. Just cut back as much as you can, I know it's hard to give up.
