We don't KNOW that it's true, but several pink swayers whose periods always came in the morning, noticed their periods came later in the day while swaying, and several blue swayers whose periods always came at night started to come in the morning. It's been quite a strong and peculiar thing and happening for several years now!
Please understand there were still opposites in both groups, it is just something interesting we are keeping an eye on. You should NOT skip months for this!

This is interesting. My last 2 cycles I got AF in evening ...remembered because both times was in shower after exercise.....for years ( decades) I've gotten it in the morning. Is this a good pink indicator?

It's just something intriguing we've noticed, we're keeping an eye on it. Plenty of opposites, just something we're watching

My diet has already been quite boy-friendly for a few years now although I was not swaying then (didn’t even know what it was lol). My periods have always arrived in the early hours of morning or very late at night, and would often wake me up with cramps.
Now that I am following the HE diet more closely and was even on the pill for over a year, AF still arrives in the early hours of morning. Very rarely have I ever had my AF during the day or evening, that only happened in my first couple of teenage years when my periods were irregular.
There is definitely something to this I think! But again it’s better to keep watching and not writing it down in stone, until someone conducts research on this. That would produce even more interesting results for sure.

I ended up asking my mum about her period timing. She has also always had her AF in the morning, she would wake up and it was there. Except her diet is LE and has been that way when all my siblings were born and even now.
So again AF timing does not necessarily influence what gender you will have (as we are 3 sisters and 1 brother), but can maybe have another meaning. Although my mum has a LE diet she never skips breakfast. She has a proper breakfast but won’t eat anything again until late afternoon or evening, with little snacking in between. I wish we could find out what exactly this all means lol.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
