Vegetable oils in peanut butter?
I consume peanut butter everyday in my banana dates and milk smoothie, or sometimes in PBJ sandwiches. However I checked the ingredients of the peanut butter (by the Bega company) and notice it contains vegetable oils. Will this harm my blue sway or is it okay to keep eating?

The important thing is that you are getting animal fats in equal or greater amounts than vegetable. I LOVE peanut butter and had tons of it when I got my boys, but I also always had a lot of animal fat at the same time. Only with my daughter did I have very little animal fat and more vegetable fat.
to sum up:
A diet of all/mostly vegetable fats may sway blue
but
A diet with animal AND vegetable fat, particularly when the animal fat is in greater amount than the vegetable fats, is blue friendly.
