Vitamins
Morning I was just wondering if anyone has the link:brand name to the fish oil they used for their boy sway? The ones I see in stores are all over 1000mg which seems quite high.
Is this the woman’s one a day?

Which is the men’s one a day?
Is this probiotic ok?

Do I take folic acid/folate and vitamin D on top of the women’s one a day? If so how much would you recommend?
Would love to start getting back to swaying again as soon as possible, my current miscarriage should be over tomorrow according to the doctor, hopefully naturally and no D&C needed.
Any help would be great to get started! (I am waiting on my custom sway plan)Mommy to a beautiful princess .. swaying this time!

If all you can find is 1000 take it every other day.
Yes that's the right One a Day.
Those probiotics look great! Just follow dose on the bottle.
Folic/folate YES, Vit. D, there is enough in the one a day.

Yep that's great!
I like blue swayers to take 2000 mcg (that's MICROgrams not milligrams) daily. So you'd need to get a low dose of folic acid or folate and take that on top of what's in the One a Day, daily throughut the first trimester of pregnancy and then gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then drop them.!!!
