How much does stress affect a sway??
Hiya ladies. I am swaying for a boy and missed my surge this month. So for about four days in my fertile week I was stressed that maybe I only ended up with one valid attempt and I really wanted to do more around a positive opk. Anyway turns out that I had enough attempts for blue.
I know stress around ovulation may sway pink but this ‘stress’ I had wasn’t very long lasting nor did I lose sleep over it. I ate a good HE diet and bd fine too. But I was obsessing over it and kicking myself for not testing more and kept trying to search the net for answers lol
So does this kind of four day stress affect a blue sway? Or is it the bigger long term stresses that sway? How valid a factor is stress in swaying anyway?

No, stress around ovulation doesn't sway pink. Only long periods of sustained stress over things that are totally out of our control might possibly sway. There is NO WAY that people can avoid stress sometimes day in and out. It's all good!

Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
Not sure where to ask not TTC
