Ah alright. Thank you atomic
Yes- I have seen that one in shops. I will go and grab thank you.
I have been trying to loose weight as you know. If I do intermittent fast, is it not good for my sway?

How strict are you with the intermittent fasting?
When swaying blue we really don't want to see any time where your blood sugar drops low, but the truth is that it's pretty hard to lose weight without that happening.
My preference would be for you to not do intermittent fasting and rely on lower calories and lower carb options + weight training to carry the day.

Hi just reading here about the multivitamins available in the UK..
We have Centrum but they include vitamin A and on the box it said not suitable for pregnancy..
I'm wanting a multivitamin to take before and during pregnancy.
Centrum prenatal isn't available in UK only the womens multivitamin one is, but just concerned about the vit A.
Pregnacare is widely available but iveread reviews against it too.
Just want to find a good blue sway friendly multivitamin available in the UK x

Pregnacare is awful. The one you posted on the other page is also no good.
A lot of people still take Centrum anyway. I would just try to hunt down one that has more like 100% of the Daily Recommended Value and not those sky high doses.

I'm so glad I've asked you first because yes I see how the doses on those other ones I posted are high.
I wish we could have access to the ones I see recommended lots, but can't find them in the uk.
The Centrum I can get, so will pick those up
Thank you so much for your advice x

Hi Atomic,
I replied to previous post but it looks like it wasn’t posted.
I was thinking to skip dinner and have a good lunch and a lighter snack in the evening. Would that be ok? I also started doing excercise and weight lifting. Trying to cut down sugar and carbs.
I will continue like this for a month and see what’s happening with weight. I wish to at least pause my weight gain and then back to HE diet 8/10 weeks before my attempt.

Hi Jazmin,
I found two vitamins, which atomic said were good ones.
Either the seven seas pregnancy ones which you can get in boots/superdrug/savers.
Or if you order from Iherb they deliver to the UK within a few days and they had a really good one that I decided to get called peapod prenatal.
My plan is to start very soon, my diet already is quite boy friendly so I just wanted to add the vitamims in there and start.
How about you... when are you planning for your attempt?
Good luck to you x
