Could you just eat smaller meals instead of skipping totally?

Hi Atomic. Alright. I will do that. It was hard for me to skip. I think smaller meals will keep me going. Thanks so much
Also I wanted to ask you if this was the other multivit that you recommended?

Hello ladies, hopping in. I wonder if those vitamins will work for 44 year-olds? I got PCOS. Having any baby at all is already a challenge, let alone swaying.

Hi atomic
My BMI was 28.8 last time I checked.. cutting down carbs .. sugar and snacks like crisps and chocolates helped to come down to 27.6.
Before I pause and continue with my boy diet.. what is the BMI I should aim?
I also have my backache back little bit , not sure if it the workout or overweight
Last year this time I was at a good BMI- 23.3. Worried if this much of weight gain in a year would sway for a girl. . I really wanted to try sometimes in dec /Jan. do you think I can or loose more weight and sway few months later. What are your suggestions? Thank you

Yes I want you to try to lose more weight on a higher protein diet with a lot of healthy carbs (fruit, veg, whole grains). Not a full keto type diet, but more like a South Beach type of diet. You won't get down as low as you were, but it's fine to drop some more weight. I won't give you a target BMI though. Please go ahead and keep lifting weights if at all possible.
December/January is a good goal to aim at, you'll have time to lose a little more.
Do start things like prenatals, probiotics, and other blue sway supps now so your body doesn't get depleted.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
