Hi Atomic,
I had a long gap for different reasons one after the other from attempts.. and now I am trying to get back on track as I am back in the country.
My weight remain the same as in march - when I attempt 2/3 cycle and didn’t conceive (this is 8/9 kg heavier than when i had my girl 2). I stopped the supplements for a while but now starting everything slowly.
I am walking on treadmill for about 45 minutes 1 hour. is that bad?
Should I loose some weight?
Now, I have been trying to add cereal into my bf.
is cheerios ok? what is ideal for a boy diet?
most of them i checked have sugar in it so I was wondering.
we will start attempt in dec onwards , hopefully, as now we added our supplements slowly.

I would just try to hold steady on weight. If a little sneaks off, no biggie, but just try to stay where you are.
I would limit the treadmill to 5 days a week. You should also be lifting weights for at least 15 minutes a day 5 days a week if you can. Don't do these back to back, have a couple hours between them, during which you eat a snack or a meal. And if at all possible, I would try to make two of the days of weights on a different day than the treadmill (this puts you exercising every day, but it will mean you exercise less on two of the days)
Cheerios is fine, but any cereal that is healthy and that you like is great. I would not eat things that are sugary, and I would avoid things that are very low nutrient like corn flakes and rice krispies, they are basically sugar themselves since they're just refined carbs with nothing else going on. There is a difference between an unhealthy sugar cereal (like cocoa puffs or fruit loops) and something like granola or raisin bran, which may have a bit of sugar but are still healthy options.
GREAT! FXFXFX and tons of blue dust headed your way!

thanks so much atomic.
yes it will be 5 days a week treadmills.. I will add in some weight workouts in other 2 days. I was actually doing well with weight work out and 2 days indoor walk.. but now something happened to my shoulder or upper arm muscles on the side I got covid vaccination. The pain hasn’t gone away and its been few weeks now.
I didn’t want to wait for it to go away to start our attempts. so I thought treadmills or other walks to start off some exercise and slowly add in some weight workouts . I guess 15 minutes of work out would be ok. so that is 5 days 15 minutes weight workout. is that correct?
ok . I will ensure I choose the healthy type of cereal.
DH is currently walking for 30-40 minutes and he do light workout for 15 - 20 minutes for about 5 days a week too.

Oh gosh I'm sorry to hear that - just work your legs, then, when you can. If it keeps up you might want to talk to your doc about that, sometimes they can give you a steroid shot to help alleviate the inflammation. It's probably what is called SIRVA from the person who gave you the shot not putting it in quite the right spot, but there's also something called "covid arm" from the vaccine, tho usually that comes with a rash. Either way there may be a treatment that will enable you to get back to normal activities sooner.
Perfect, fine to go ahead and add in weights over the course of time now. Yes, only 15 minutes is enough to see some good changes with weights!! And that way you are much less likely to overdo it.
You guys are doing great! Keep it up!

yes, I read about SIRVA.. I hope it goes away with some time. yes , it looks like the person did it wrong. I cannot do certain things and certain posture. I already called Doc and she asked me yo wait up-to 2 months and get back if not better.
thanks you so much Atomic . i will keep you updated here.

Hi Atomic,
I am continuing with what I can do. The pain is still there but not bad as before. gone a bit lighter but it do come back at certain posture.
in terms of sway, I haven’t any weight lifting bcoz of this problem but I am walking and very active that way( about 400 calories a day for 5 days) eating and drinking well- 4 times a day.
i am thinking to add this workout on to every other day . is this enough?

my first attempt is planned for dec cycle. around mid of the month.

Yes I think it's because of the youtube video attached - the system thought it was spam. I've approved it.
That workout is great!! My daughter and I just did it! Very gentle and yet it was definitely working the muscles! Absolutely that is a great one for you and it looked to me like something you could probably do most of the moves, and the few that you can't, just do something similar during the same time that you can do.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
