Vitamin supplements
Hi Atomic, I was looking into some vitamin supplements. Can you please have a look at the details in the attached pic? Is it good for boy sway? Its called RADIANCE multivitamin - with Iron, one a day. Suitable for vegetarians. Food supplement with sugar and sweetener.
Thanks in advance. 4af494c2-5c0b-4d2d-9618-bd8855c92920.jpg

Whenever you get sometimes to have a look atomic . I was casually looking at some multi vitamins with D as my doc recommended vit D for my extreme back pain. So I thought to look into something that is also blue friendly.
Many thanks

I would probably not take those. They have miniscule levels of most things and quite a lot of Vit. A in them (see all the warnings on the Vit. A!) so you'd be getting more than you need of Vit. A and not enough of most other things.

Can you tell me more about your back pain?? Has the doctor run any tests??? That is something that should be investigated and not given vitamins!!! Just want to be sure the doc is not putting off some care for you that really needs to be done.

Ah thank you so much Atomic. I was waiting for your reply before buying, I will look into others. Please let me know if there are any other that I could take which wont have any impact on my body when I start swaying. Just need Vit D as well if that helps with my back pain at all. I hope Vit D isnt swaying opposite.
I started back pain after my delivery. I was told to take Vit D for a week. It went away after few weeks. It was around 2-4 months after delivery. Doc said it is common for women after birth and didn’t do any tests but asked few questions and asked me to move and stretch etc at that time.
Now it is back and I have it for around 2 weeks now. I have no Idea what I did to trigger it. I always avoid any lifting. I do get light backaches when I do deep cleaning and for the next 1 or 2 days. This isn’t like that. It is not going away and it is on the left lower side. I get this burning pain when I stand. I struggle to change positions in sleep.. get up from
Sofa etc. My baby is now 1 year and 2 months and I am breastfeeding. I didn’t goto doc this time, waiting for appointment. I live in UK and its really hard to get appointments here. Even if I did, most probably they will send me back asking to take some painkillers. I will pressure for referral to a specialist this time. Currently I am doing hot bottles and a cream to ease the pain to try and do basic day to day things. Really hard with kids .
I am not thinking to try for a baby soon, so not swaying soon but I like to slowly change my lifestyle to try for boy, so even with vitamins I like to ensure they are ok for boys.
I also read that having kids closer will increase the chance of having girl again. If that’s true how old the youngest should be, especially when I am planning to continue breastfeeding until she is 1.6 at least or around 1.8 years. Should I wait another year after I stop bfeeding for my body to get back to normal?
Many thanks for your time and reply. Really helps. Xx

Yes it is common after delivery, I think the Vitamin D was more of a placebo, though. I doubt it really helped with your pain but absolutely feel free to take it, it will help your sway.
I do strongly urge you to get it checked though. At this point I can't see how it could be just normal transition after childbirth and I want to be sure you're not suffering from anything that might worsen over time.
I understand, that makes sense to start vitamins and stuff now! The blue sway supps we recommend are all fine to take as far in advance of your sway as you like.
I am fine with you trying at any point after 18 months (even if still nursing). The longer it's been postpartum the less the effect of the breastfeeding, we think. You don't need to stop nursing and you for sure don't need to stop nursing and then wait a whole year afterwards! Just do what you can do now and then see how it goes.

Hi, thanks so much.
I finally got an appointment and Waiting for blood result ( to see if I have lack of vit) and also asked for urine test ( to see any hidden infection). Referred me for Physiotherapy as well. Didn’t do any scan so little disappointed but I thought to wait for blood and urine result as well as start Physiotherapy. Pain moved from mid left to very left now.
Ah Alright- thanks . I will continue bfeeding, until she is 2.
That’s the max I am planning to nurse but probably will start to stop around 1year 8 months and then probably wait until she is 2 and half before ttc. So that once the baby is here she will be at nursery as well. Meantime, i will do everything I can, to make my body more boy friendly.
Until I am ready for ttc officially, can I ask all my sway related doubts here?
