If you are already a bit overweight or happy at present weight, 6 weeks. If underweight, 8-12 weeks

Hi! New to this blog & TTC boy, I Love All the Info&Advice!
I do have a concern and question regarding ALL the SALT..... I'm NOT a salt person never add to food and have been trying to add to diet the past few days and feel SO bloated and miserable. My husband of course went to store to get salty snacks so that doesn't help overindulging...... I'm going to try and meal plan to be better.
Would Epsom salt baths help? Any advice for a first timer, greatly appreciated!

We dropped salt from blue sways from day one around here (because I came from another site where people were putting themselves into the hospital with eating too much salt) and have always gotten 75-80% success without the salt. In fact, several of our failed sway opposites (people who have wanted boys and then got girls) were in those who insisted on doing the high salt intake against my advice. So I woul PLEASE PLEASE have you only eat salt to your level of taste. I was never a huge salt lover, also never add it to my food at all (not even things like corn on the cob!) and got my first two boys without having that much of it. My 4th boy was a pink sway oppoiste where I was limiting it. Only with my 3rd boy was I eating more salt than I normally did, and I was eating like a horse when I conceived him anyway (I only knew about timing then). Then I got my daughter eating about the same salt intake as I did with my 3rd boy! Just eat the salt that YOU like to eat.
I do not recommend the Epsom salt baths becuase first of all, that isn't salt anyway LOL and secondly it may wash away the natural cervical mucus your body makes that may sway blue to begin with.

Thanks atomic sagebrush for the reply! Any new info updated cause I've been reading this site and boy library but it's all yrs old.... Thanks So Much!
I've been tracking my cycles and plan on doing opk to get better outcome and bd for deeper-penetration possibly adding pressed, debating the Robitussin.....
Really trying end of January, fingers crossed and blue dust please.
There's NO pressure at all, my daughter 4yrs old has been asking for sibling preferably brother and there's no grandsons on my side, yet!

Most of the info is pretty much up to speed on the boy side. I never really liked the high sodium, baking soda, etc etc etc. and I feel like we have had pretty great results for blue right from the very beginning. I actually do periodically go over stuff to update it but the problem is that we want people to feel comfortable here even when they want to do things the old school ways, so we keep our old info up because it is safe and clearly written unlike on some of the other sites..
Whenever you have any qu's please just ask and I'll let you know waht the most cutting edge thinking is.
Most blue swayers have at least 3 attempts at or around pos OPK - like that night, the next morning if possible, and then again the following night.
Sending you tons of blue dust!!!

Hi again Zi!
Just focus on meat, fruit, and veg. Skip over potatoes and grains and any sweets. You do not need to gain any weight to have a boy and many of us have had 2,3,4 or more boys without gaining an ounce!!
Also, I'd def. do exercise - weight training and/or cardio too.
