    supp in juices ???

    hi,
    i have this q for everyone here. i'd like to put the coq10 and L - CARNITINE in a juice for my dh without telling him cause three month is really long and he'll get really bored with time .
    i want to know is that ok or it wouldn't be beneficial.

    I don't think it's a good idea because the pills are meant to dissolve in the intestines usually, and the nutrients may be destroyed by stomach acid.
