    Dairy-free probiotics

    I accidentally bought the ‘dairy-free’ version of probiotics, only found out when I opened the seal. It’s from the brand Ethical Nutrients Inner Health Plus. I take the normal one usually but they finished and didn’t notice the title on the new bottle. Are they still okay to take on blue sway?

    Yeah that's fine!! Makes no difference, the microbes are what you're after regardless of what medium they're originally grown in.
