Planning for sway/TTC while DH is gone for work
I read somewhere (can’t remember where) something about ovulation time changing if DH is gone and we’re not BD regularly. First of all, is this true? DH will be out of town for work for 11 weeks. I might see him most weekends but not sure. My plan was to begin TTC as soon as he returns home. I’m just wondering how this will affect our sway, tracking ovulation and if we should maybe delay our sway a bit for any reason. I currently have a copper IUD and I read that I should have that removed at least 3 months prior. So, I was planning on doing that around the time he leaves in April, he will return late June and I would like to start TTC in July. Any suggestions for us?

I don't find this to be the case at all. While a cycle can go weird for a variety of reasons I don't find this to be anything to be concerned about whatsoever. I would absolutely have your IUD removed when he leaves in April! You may see changes after having the IUD out but that is not due to your husband being gone.
