I guess we are swaying blue
So after saying for months that we aren't swaying, after talking it over with DH, looks like we are swaying blue. If I end up with twins I still want boy/girl though!!
I would still like to lose weight before I get pregnant again. Atomic, are you still getting good results for only 6 weeks of swaying for blue? I've read high everything diet nutshell and he diet faq, anything else that I should read? What should DH be doing and for how long? Must I give up my obsession with multiple cups of black tea with cream/milk a day?Thank you God and Our Lady

Also Atomic, DH is 32. Would you suggest regular men’s one a day or one a day 50 +?

Question for Atomic or anyone who knows...it’s 90-100g of protein, and 30% fat? Yes? Where should carbs be at? Thank you.

Yep we still do HE Diet only 6 weeks before.
Those are the two most important threads but are you going to do weight lifting??

Yes I’m going to do weight lifting but I only did it for about 15-17 minutes yesterday and by then I was very much done. So it’s going to take me a while to get up to 30 minutes.

15 minutes is good!! It's ok if you never get up to 30. 30 is the MOST I want nyone to do.
