Yes exercise is great for fertility and that is not too intense. It may be more pink friendly, though. If you are concerned about that I'd keep it to 4-5 days a week max
what do u mean pink friendly?? i should do more for blue??? if i should i will.. just tell me how much?? coz i m thinking may be my belly fat is a reason not to concieve?? i dont know i just wanna try anything?

If you are exercising TOO much it can be pink friendly so stick to 4-5 days a week.
No, belly fat is not a reason not to conceive if your weight is in normal range (or even somewhat above normal)
