RA arthritis
I have RA and the HE plan I bought has caused too many flare-ups. I’m not currently on meds but will be starting aspirin tomorrow. Am I going to have another another girl? 😔
I have maintained my supplements and continue to eat cheese, cereal and whole milk and tons of veggies and I also eat eggs, but I had to drop the red meat.
I did drop coffee and drink green tea.

That is absolutely fine, I'm so sorry to hear that but I really appreciate letting me know.
Dropping red meat is absolutely fine. You're still swaying strongly blue. Coffee sways pink anyway, and the green tea is not that effective.
Aspirin has not been at all effective for pink sways, and so if you need it, that is just fine too.
Long story short, you're still on track for a great blue sway!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
