I have the same problem with snacks. I was so used to eat just the meal and no snacks. I was also eating when i am really hungry, I wait until i get very hungry. I wasn't snacking either. Its all new to me and I have to remind myself to snack something before i feel very hungry. It is hard but I am tryinf everything I can

Yup.. what is ur to go snacks please share with me if you dont mind.. my problem is if i snack more i coudnt finish my lunch or dinner as i suppose to so trying to switch snacks very light like cracker and cheese or fruits or nature valley protein bar .. i am trying to do my best too..

That's all you need to do! It's ok if snacks are light, or even to skip them if you are truly not hungry between meals.

I’m currently on CD 1, I knew this would happen. As soon as I TTC my cycle slowly starts changing. I’m almost always clockwork and have a 29 day cycle. AF was due on Monday, but I just started AF!
So I guess I’ll be attempting earlier than I thought.

Anyone else going to start attempting next week-ish?

I’m waiting to attempt - currently on CD 16 and no sign of a positive opk or much EWCM - despite normally having copious amounts and ovulation on CD 15/16!! Flipping typical the first month we start attempting for everything to be delayed!!!

Oh tell me about it, it’s always the month you want to ttc and everything just suddenly changes.

I’m on CD 6 today so I should be! But story of my life; I just came down with a cold (or something) so now I don’t know if I should still attempt. I’m supposed to ovulate between the 27th and 1st.

Omg! Exactly the same here.

I came down with a little cold and a runny nose etc. but I’m feeling alright keeping up my vitamin C intake and lots of fluids.
My fertile days are also around 30th Dec-2nd Jan..
Story of my life. I very rarely come on this early. My diet hasn’t changed much apart from adding in more regular walks and jogs. Haven’t taken any other extra supps. Always take prenatal and vitamin D. I’ve started taking Mucinex I was a little congested but from today I’ll be taking it regularly. I usually have EWCM a lot of it but with my cold and congestion and just because it’s the TTC month I’m using it as extra precaution.

Right?! My husband and I both have congestion. He just said he has muscle aches and the chills and started taking DayQuil which basically solidified that we won’t be trying this month. Mine moved to my chest this morning and I had started taking Mucinex already to help with EWCM and this congestion. I also just got my allergy shots on Wednesday so that’s probably not helping either. I swear we always get this same sickness once a year around this time. We don’t think it’s Covid luckily, but are watching it. And that’s the story of my life too, but the opposite. I ovulated later than normal last month so it pushed my period back to the 14th. Since getting my IUD out in June I’ve ovulated between CD 14-17 and this was on CD 19 so I guess it wasn’t that delayed at least. It’s good you’re being extra precautious! I have no idea what we’re doing now or if being sick sways and how long to wait.

My Cycle was also delayed this month. I am usually 28 days but this month it was 30.

I also ended up with heavy headache yesterday. Had painkillers and a good sleep. Feel much better today. I had extra oranges and ssoo much warm water, hopefully doesn't return. It felt like sinus headache and I do get it often. I really hope it doesn't come back and end up with antibiotics closer to my attempt
