While I'm not a fan of Pregnacare Conception (or any Pregnacare products TBH) since you're already taking it, please just continue with that. DO NOT drop it now, you don't want to go from the higher doses to the lower ones at this point. Continue on with that or if you prefer to switch over to one of the other Pregnacares, please do that GRADUALLY over the course of about a month's time. Don't just go from Pregnacare Conception to the prenatal suddenly as the amounts of nutrients are different and may cause harm to change the amounts of nutrients so drastically all at once.
Everything else is fine to take at that amount during pregnancy, but if you do start taking Pregnacare prenatal some of them have additional DHA in them, try to stick with no more than 500 max.
I explained how to wean off the folic acid at the end of the first trimester in the other thread, which I will unlock for you now.

Ok thanks atomic.
The vitamin D total including the pregnacare is over 1000iu that you suggested, it's 1200iu.. shall I just stop taking that now?
Are probiotics beneficial in pregnancy to continue?
When I switch the pregnacare conception to the other pregnacare shall I start alternating them and gradually switching now?

No. Continue with that. It's now believed that the overall amounts of Vitamin D are too low during pregnancy and pretty much every authority out there now believes 1000-1200 during pregnancy is good.
Yes, probiotics are absolutely beneficial and should be continued if you can.
Whenever you're ready to switch from one to the other, just don't do it suddenly. Do it over the course of time, bit by bit.

Ok thanks atomic.
I know you said the extra dose of folic acid can be taken until the end of the first trimester, would it be harmful if i gradually took that out before then?

The neural tube does not close till the end of the first trimester. My gut instinct (and this is based on seeing several people who dropped folic sooner, and suddenly, and then had an unexplained loss) is that since you're taking a higher dose it is best to wait to wean off till the end of the first tri (so 10ish weeks at the earliest, then gradually wean off so you're off it by the end of the 13th week).
If you MUST go off it sooner (bearing in mind that boys probably need more folic acid than girls do, and additionally several of us on here had babies with neural tube defects even at 800-1000 mcg folic acid, myself included) please wean off SUPER gradually. I would let this process take a month, not just a couple weeks to be off the extra.

Oh and be sure to avoid green tea entirely during pregnancy. i mean avoid it TOTALLY as it blocks folic absorption.

Ok thanks Atomic :) he’s been away so we’ve also had a massive gap in between BD - not going to plan much lol I’m about to buy more Coq10 pills, stick to 100mg? They seem easier to get in higher...
