Excellent!!!! I HATE to see anyone wean for a sway. If it was a magic bullet we'd see a lot different results, but we have people getting boys and girls that way.

That’s great to hear I had really been worried about it. I nursed my other two till 2 plus pumped milk for my sisters adopted babies so very much a bf advocate. Hopefully all this full fat dairy and meat will help make my body think times are good despite breastfeeding.
I need to add cheese I keep forgetting! It’s so good for protein.

Edamame is not really the bad kind of soy. The thing is, the more processed it is, the worse it likely is, and edamame is hardly processed at all and is one of the best choices!

No workout we took the kids to a water park! Of course I was having to analyze all the families and see who had boys/ girls and check out the mothers! I’m a huge ball of stress this week… husband is off for vacation so everything I usually do has gone by the wayside…. Projects/ workdays/ planning daily outings…. I like my routine that *I* plan every day. So I will still try to keep weights and food going strong despite having my week hijacked!

Daily blue log
It’s ok it’s probably helpful as it feeds into my self- induced stress side! I NEED to always feel overwhelmed or I’ll feel like I’m not doing enough… hopefully bodes well for a boy.
Milk tea/ oats yogurt
Eggs/ cauliflower/ nuts
Matcha milk
Nuts
Meatloaf/ veggies/ sweet potato/ salad
Berries/ kefir
Vit d/ prenatal/ probiotic/ folate
Weights 20 min
I remember now last boy I was very into vegan stuff like making lots of beans, potatoes and nut and coconut based desserts and vegan cheese so I was getting a lot of cals and fat and saturated fat. I was very into sharing recipes and started a blog (obsessed!) then realized I was getting a bit fat (147- my weight now!)that’s when I started a more girl diet- dropped all fats, anything but veggies and berries, skipped breakfast, lifted weights and lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks but the blue friendly life must’ve came through since 4 weeks is probably not long enough to make one pink friendly enough.

Yes that's right - small amounts of weight loss/gain have not been predictive of whose sways work out. It's that overall big picture diet!
Yes go ahead and take the Men's One a Day, the only thing they're lacking really is iron.
Diet looking awesome!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
