    Hey doing well! Enjoying Easter weekend with the family! Dirt wise I've been focusing on expanding on trying new things and learning to cook a bigger variety since we have time before we start trying. I've also completely switched to tea in the mornings. Exercise I'm doing weights and working on being able to do pull ups again hopefully all these changes we've been making pay off

    12 is the longest you should go. 10-12 may be better.
