    nuts

    i will buy nuts to take them with dates or fruit as a snack when i start to TTC in january.
    but i am not sure which one i take patchio , almond or cashio
    and which one has more protain ?
    i will eat then in modration because i am afied ot too much vegetable oils

    Whichever one you like. Peanuts are the least good, but you can still have them. Others are all good in various ways. You do not need to limit yourself to just one kind.

    It's not just the protein, but also the other healthy nutrients in them.
