You can ovulate late at any point in time - the diet does have a cumulative effect. It is ok to have a later O, many of our all boy moms ovulate a little late. Usually when it's vitamin-caused it takes a month or two to kick in, but anything is possible. If you want, you can try going to 3x a week instead.

Ended up ovulating on day 21. About 8 days later. Would you continue with all the multivitamin as normal? I’m TTC next cycle. Thanks !
