    super green powder

    Is super green powder on Amazon good for TTC blue
    or
    superfood fruit and veggie supplement it doesn't have wheatgrass
    it has 20 plus green veggies.

    I would not use the Super Greens powder because it has fiber that may sway pink, and flaxseed and the seaweeds like spirulina chlorella in it which are unsafe, aloe vera juice which will act as a powerful laxative and interfere with nutrient absorption, and all the added mushroom ingredients which we do not know how they sway or if they're safe.

    I can't check the other supplement becuase there are about 30 different products with that name. But the ones I looked at all had some of those ingredients listed above. If it's JUST fruit and veg I"m ok with it but I can't know about that product without knowing the exact one it is.
