before they were 28 day
Is this condition because I get older
I am now 40 years
or my harmons change and unstable?!
does short cycle mean less fertality?!

Is it ok for TTC boy I sm not taking any supplements only folic acid and multivitamines

I am 43 and found my cycles starting to shorten. I believe it is completely normal, they are not too short so don't worry. Sometimes it takes many months of trying to get a bfp and that is normal for all ages. I had a boy at 41 I swayed boy and 43 now swayed girl having a girl.

Anything from 21-35 days is totally normal. Sometimes people do have shorter cycles as they get older but people have 26 day cycles all the time regardless of age. It does not necessarily mean lower fertility. We have good results for conception even through about 43 and many people still conceive at 43-46, it's just harder.

Don't overthink a 26 day cycle, there's nothing wrong with that unless you're ovulating very late in the month.

The multivitamin is the most important thing.
