I am Oing WAY early and it came as a huge surprise so didn't get to do all my planned stuff....oh well....DTD today and decided to take an OPK which is positive. I hope my diet will do the trick. I used a little Replens to lower my pH, but who knows what will happen. AND when I O I will be in Aries moon...ugh...

The one I'm pregnant with was O in girl moon, but my 1st boy was new moon (supposedly girly) but boy moon sign. I don't think it's 100%, so no worries.

I really looked into the moon signs quite a bit and there's nothing to them. We've done tons of threads on IG and here, taking polls on various different websites, and it's always been about 50-50.

Now moon PHASES, there may be something there and there's a more thorough explanation here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...naception.html

I think it's possible that a woman can be influenced by the moon, but it's very rare. If your menstrual cycle follows the m oon, ex: you always ovulate during a full moon and have your period during the new moon then that might show you are more influenced that the average person. I know for me, I am definitely not influenced. My first son was conceived in full moon (aquarius = boy) and my second son was conceived in new moon (we dtd the day after the new moon in pisces=girl). I really love the idea of the moon being an influence because it seems so romantic, and I did a bit of research on it, but I didn't find any evidence that it makes any difference. The other challenge is it's really hard to pinpoint the exact moment you ovulate, so even if you dtd during "the right" moon...you could ovulate the next day/hour whatever and it's moved into the next opposite gender sign. You could really make yourself crazy and waste precious fertile time trying to time this perfectly. GL!

ILINDgirl...My life revolves around moon phases ( no pun intended here)...I am sensitive to them quite extremely. So I am worried, but hopefully being in the New Moon phase will prove boy for me and not the sign I O'd in.

Personally, I don't really believe that the moon can have any effect on what gender you conceive. But that's JMHO.

Sweet baby boy, you are loved and missed more than you will ever know.
There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of you and wonder what
you would have been like. I love you and miss you so much.
Rest now, my baby, in the loving arms of Jesus.

Biggest shock of our lives - surprise BFP! And it's a GIRL!!!

Okay...so I have figured out my kids and it means nothing BUT if I get pregnant this time, it would be the first time I have boy/boy figures

    DS1 Conceived 12/19/94 Cancer (G) waning moon (B)

    DS2 Conceived 1/14/02 Aquarius (B) waxing moon (G)

    DS3 Conceived 11/21/09 Capricorn (G) waxing moon (G)

    DS4 Conceived 4/12/11 Leo (B) waxing moon (G)

This baby 4/16/12 Aries (B) waning moon (B)

I hope that means something with my alignment!!!! We will see..otherwise it truly means nothing...Sweetpea I agree...BUT the moon does affect us with the pull when it is full..if you are sensitive to changes, then the slight pull can irritate you more...it doesn't help that I get AF a day +/- the full moon forever.

EDIT: I spoke to my mother tonight and asked her about me. I am the first girl born to my father's family since the 1600s. I was conceived under Aries (B) Full Moon (B) !!!!! Incredible!!!
