Ugh!
DH isn't really cooperating with the whole diet thing... Just isn't him. He said he's on board and we can try, but he's the type of guy that wants to eat and drink what he wants. Sooo... With that being said what can he take that will increase the chances without doing the diet full force? I've seen a list of supplements he can take but what is the most important that he can take and do to replace the diet? It's a lil overwhelming when u want to eat one way and he wants to eat another. It makes the diet hard to follow and I'm worried that if we Or he doesn't follow it, it will ruin our chances. He's been doing good with the caffeine, but he still drinks it Prob 2-3 times a week. Energy drinks.. Any suggestions? Thanks..

My husband was drinking TONS of energy drinks when we conceived our DD. Both his and my caff intake was the highest ever. I do not think the facts support that caff sways blue and I believe high caff intake actually sways pink.
DH doesn't have to do diet. That's not part of the deal LOL. It's YOUR diet that matters, not his. If he were to give up meat/eggs and eat/drink more soy stuff, that would help but it's not make or break (my husband did nothing to sway).
Would he take licorice root?? That would be the best supp for him.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks! I thought he had to be on it to. I bought him some licorice Root and he said he would take it. How much does he take and when does he take it? Also I bought peppermint tea awhile ago and have not used it syet and then I bought the saw palmetto yesterday not knowing you can't do both. Which ones better? Sorry for all these questions I just wanna make sure I know what I'm doing before I start anything.

My DH won't really do the diet either, but would it be important for him to cut out red meat at least?

My dh didn't participate in our sway at all - no supps and his regular diet. All he did was frequent release.
Bump! :)
