    How long on the LE diet before TTC?

    HI everyone,

    How long should I be on the LE diet before TTC? I stopped breast feeding a couple of weeks ago and now my cycle is a bit messed up so it looks like I will only get 3 or 4 weeks on the diet before I O next. Is that long enough? I am following it religiously and also doing aspartame, mint tea, antihistamines and will do lime D.

    My husband travels a lot and looks like we won't be able to TTC for the next two months.
