Does the birth control pill SWAY GIRL?
Hi girls! I have been reading about pill and mini pill and have seen that -due to the acidity and the hostile CM- sways girl.
With my DS I stopped pill almost 10 months before TTC becouse I wanted to have my body "clean" of hormones.
After this, I noticed many friends of mine that have getting pregnant while taking BCP (forgetting 1 or 2) and had girls. Also, another friend got pregnant the month after stopped the pill and had a girl.
I´m start thinking about taking it again, and stop the month before my attemp, or even taking it during a few days before O when I TTC (just to make hostil the CM, not to avoid ovulation).
SOme of the things I read here I "feel" that is good for my sway and some not, and the pill is something I think could work to me ( + antihistaminc + compresses frequent release + diet).
What do you think? ThanksMom to my DS and my baby girl

I remember reading about it before...didn't work for me either...I think the best one that sways is the mini pill because it is progesterone only
for just a healthy baby.

It is not 100% but yes, overall the BCP (all of them, not just the progesterone one) sways pink. It suppresses your overall fertility and causes your body to produce less and more hostile CM and other fluids.
DO NOT take the pill for a few days here and there before O. Just take it until the month before you're ready to TTC and then come off of it.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Is this still valid? as I conceived DD second cycle after coming off pill last time. Wondering if perhaps this could have helped.
How many months after coming off would it still help sway girl?

Yes, I still believe it sways pink.
Everyone's body is a bit different and it depends on how long you were on it, as well.
I'd try to get off of them 1-2 cycles ahead of when you want to TTC at least if you want a boy. You may even want to make it 3.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I'm also working on swaying for a girl, but I have PCOS so my plan was to use the birth control pill (Diane 35) for at least 6 months, and then change to Metformin for at least a year before TTC.
This is how I conceived my daughter years ago, so I was thinking to follow the same path again. What do you think?

Both coming off the pill and Metformin seem to sway pink. There are no magic bullets unfortunately and it is of course possible to get a girl or a boy even with the best sway tactics, but I can def. see the good sense in doing what seemed to work the last time for you (especially when it coincides with the results we are getting on the site)

What about Zoely pill?
Hi
I am taking Zoely pills, because I had very bad feelings with Yasmin pills. I checked the information leaflet of Zoely and it is written that it contains both estrogen and progestrone (2.5 milligrams of nomegestrol acetate (a progestogen) and 1.5 milligrams of oestradiol (the natural oestrogen)). So I think it is called a combined pill. Do you think that it sways to blue bacause it has more progestrone?
If so, do you think that I can switch to mini pill or any other pills that sway pink?
