Cinnamon does as well, but I"ve been reluctant to advise people to take anything to lower blood sugar, because the time blood sugar needs to be kept low is during the 2WW and I don't know if these things are safe while PUPO.

Oh! so it doesn't matter beforehand? Is the skipping breakfast thing not helpful at all right now?

Again, I'm so sorry to have to say this, but we don't know for sure. The evidence indicates to me that in terms of blood glucose levels and growing a healthy blastocyst, that it only matters during the 2ww, but of course at the same time, the less you eat, the more likely it is that you will send the "times are hard" signal to your body and it does really help reduce your caloric intake.
Skipping breakfast for 6 weeks before your attempt doesn't hurt and may very well help. So, skip breakfast.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
