Vitex??

Since Vitex delayed my OV last cycle, would it be okay to take Vitex & Sp from AF and 5 days (rather than +OPK)? I don't know when I will O and last cycle it delayed it over a week. This should be okay right?? I think all this spotting I am now experiencing could be a result of Vitex and AF is gradually coming, my guess full on next Tuesday, so then I will begin everything again!

Sorry actually a silly question after I thought about it! I want to limit myself this cycle to only 5 days of using Vitex & SP rather than waiting for pos OPK, and was wondering if that was ok? But it must be especially since it delayed me for so long last cycle. I was just curious if it may not sway as well since I may not be on it as long as I could should I wait for a pos OPK...
I started my supplements today since my spotting has finally turned into AF. I am also having DH begin FR! FX for this month!!

I wouldn't bother because I don't think it will do anything for you in terms of swaying and may mess up your cycle taking it that way.
