What do you do when the scale stops going down?
I was stuck at 121.5 for a little over a week.. Finally this morning I got to 120.5. I am thinking these last 5 pounds I want to lose are going to be so hard over the next month. Any tips tricks on how to get the weight loss going again??

Please note, this is meant ONLY for those last few stubborn pounds!!! You should stick to the calorie/protein/fat limits of the LE Diet most of the time because cutting back too far for too long will make you stop ovulating and can hurt your sway, esp. if you still have a lot of weight to lose. This is only for people who have been on diet for a long time and have taken off most of their weight (and don't have a lot of body fat left to turn into testosterone!)
For only the biggest meal of your day (not every meal), take what you are planning to eat and split it into two halves on two separate plates and eat the first half. Wait 10 minutes and see if you're still hungry or if you are ok with what you've had, and if you're still hungry, eat the other half of the meal without feeling guilty or bad about it at all. A lot of times you will find that after 10 minutes you're not really hungry any more and have more willpower. And just knowing that you can have the rest of the meal if you want to, helps to prevent that panicky feeling that sometimes makes you want to eat more than you really will be satisfied with.!!! Thanks Atomic. I was just really trying to get my bmi down to 18.6 and I will achieve that if I get down to 115. my weight is back up to 121.5 and it just wont budge.. it can been frustrating. I am hoping I can lose at least 1-3 pounds right around our attempt.

I'm having the same issue, Navy. The scale keeps getting stuck at a certain weight and won't budge. It's maddening when that happens, especially since I really could stand to lose more weight before we start swaying.
