Always over on sodium...
Lately I have been going over on sodium.. everything else has been fine, right at my limits or below. Is this going to ruin my sway?? Anyone get a girl and still went over on sodium?

FET #1: October 25th: BFN
Cycle#4: Feb/March 2014: 12 eggs retrieved, 11 mature, 10 fertilized. 1 normal XX! Transfer March 3rd. BFP: 3/9/14!!!! Beta: 7dp6dt:38, 9dp6dt:139!, 6weeks 1 day: heartbeat!!!

Try limiting things like salad dressing and butter. That helped me a lot on the diet! Also, if the serving size says 2 TBS, I would cut to 1 TBS. In no time my sodium was within the limits.
But, I do agree that going over on sodium isn't a big deal at all as long as you are losing weight and doing all the other things!(8) (6) (2) (1)

Thanks everyone! I have a little less than 4 weeks to get it within limits and I am determined! I have been losing weight good and below or right at with my protein and fat!

I don't think sodium sways blue and high intake sodium may even sway pink by reducing fertility overall. I only keep it in the sway because it's easy for some people and good for health overall.
I got my DD eating tons of sodium and didn't limit it at all.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I wouldn't even worry about it, just eat what you want to make your limits in other areas, and you'll prob. only go over by a bit anyway.

I am definitely making sure I stay on track with my fat and protein.. sodium is SO hard not to go over. I am relieved myself!
