Should I be worried that the LE diet isn't a struggle?
I've only been on the LE diet for 5 days but I'm not finding myself hungry and yet am slightly under the calorie recommendations, so I'm adding in a lemonade or something to increase them. If I'm not hungry on this level do you think I should eat even less? I've lost 2lbs so far.
Thanks everyoneLast edited by weeziewoozles; September 8th, 2012 at 04:07 AM.

Don't eat less if you're losing weight, you don't want to lose it too quickly. When were you thinking of doing your attempt? And do you have very much weight to lose? If you lose too much too quickly then don't get a BFP first month you might be stuck.

Thanks. Just stuffed myself with a leek and kale speltotto (like a risotto but with pearled spelt) and had a glass of wine! My BMI is about 20.5 so no I don't have that much weight to lose. Hoping to TTC next cycle (due to O today) so will be on the LE for about a month by then. I'll keep an eye on the weight loss then. Thanks ladies! Noper! The LE Diet is meant to be easy to stick to. People rem the torturous nature of the IG Diet and think you're supposed to be miserable on a sway diet but you don't have to be. Some people prefer to restrict their diets further and then it can get harder and harder to stick to, but you don't have to do that. I ate 1500-1800 cals a day, and I was satisfied with my foods and not hungry all day long either (I think because I could have sweets and pop and things that you can't ahve on other diets) and conceived a girl.

no don't eat less it's just cause yopur fired with enthusasium that it seems so easy...... 5 months on it's not so easy, see it as a long term diet and be supprised if you get an early bfp and only have to do a couple of months!

I actually enjoyed the LE diet, even after being on it for 3 months! I'm not sure I'll ever be that slim again either!

I am the thinnest I have ever been from this diet. I already told DH I will probably go back on it after my next pregnancy to lose the baby weight.
