A lot of people use sylk. I plan on using none.. Also a lot of women on here have had great luck with rephresh. I plan on using it every 3 days up until O day.

I used RepHresh and then 10ish hours later BD with Sylk...so I always used both with my successful attempts in May and in April.

And my sway included Vitex.

I think we've had pretty good luck with RepHresh, but whether that's for any real reason or just because the majority of people are using it, no one can say.

Without blind side by side studies in hundreds of couples doing nothing else to sway, we'll never know.
