Older women more likely to have girls?
I know this may sound crazy but i wonder if women in their 30s-40s or older are more likely to have girls? I say that because i had all 6 of my boys before 30, now i am in my early 30s. My Mother had only 3 girls. She had us in Her early to late 30s. Also 1 of my sisters had Her girls in her mid 30s.
Mommy to 7finally had
#1 in 2016! Had boy #8 after. Now returning to try to sway for final child praying for
#2 🤞🙏

I thought I had heard somewhere that that is true. It would make sense since their fertility is declining no?

Ditto ditto ditto!! I really want to know too!!
I know that for men, for sure, older guys conceive more girls. But the magic age is 41, and DH and I are exactly the same age, so I can't really wait till I'm 41 to realistically TTC, can I? LOL
I had my kids starting young too. I conceived my 3 boys at 24, 26, and 29. I always thought in the back of my mind that if we kept going into our 30's we'd have better luck getting a girl.......so I'm surely hoping there's something to it!Me (38) and DH (38)

Chinese women had the highest ratio of boys to girls, followed by Filipino women, while American Indian moms had the lowest.
And before LE dieting, I ate plenty of fish that I'm sure were contaminated with pcb's and crap. Doesn't seem to have gotten me my girl yet. Drats.Me (38) and DH (38)

Supposedly this is true; however, I had all my kids in my 30's, and just had a boy at 39.

I hope I don't need to be 30 or over to get my girl. This might be my last natural child and I was only 26 at conception...ugh
