Spotting at ovulation
Has anyone else had this happen? I probably ovulated yesterday AMish and last night I had some pink spotting, later red, then brownish this AM. We attempted the night before (wed pm) about 24 hrs after + digital opk (tues pm). I'm not sure if its a good sign or not, like proof of ov or a hormonal issue. Was there a good outcome if this happened for you?

Yes, that's normal and it can be one of two things. First is that your cervix, which gets very soft around O, got a little bit injured when you DTD and that caused some bleeding. Second is that some blood/fluid was released when you ovulated and that came down the tubes and out. Swaying supps like SP, cran, and baby aspirin can make this more likely.

Thanks that's helpful. I actually had light spotting until just yesterday, which seemed too long. I dont really expect to be pregnant but wondering if it meant I might be having issues with my hormones or whatever. I did take aspirin but that's not unusual. But i did drop 3 lbs in 4 days which is not normal.
