Better than Acijel??????
Check this stuff out, it's called Trimo San and is a vaginal jelly designed for women who have to wear a special device inside their vajajay because of uterine/bladder prolapses. Best of all unlike "Acid Jelly" you do not need a prescription for purchasing it in the US. http://www.amazon.com/Trimosan-Vagin...9354150&sr=8-1
pH of 4!!!!! with no buffers or anything to raise pH.
Here is the link to the brochure. http://www.coopersurgical.com/Docume...20Brochure.pdf
ETA - here is another possible option - Contragel Green. It is lactic acid based and although I couldn't find the pH, it is lactic acid based and meant to be used as a spermicide so I suspect the pH may be VERY low.

If you already have the Acijel, no, I wouldn't. Acijel HAS worked for people while this stuff is an unknown. The reason I say "better than acijel" is because it's cheaper and is available in the US from Amazon without having to order from overseas. It is citric acid based rather than acetic acid. Does that matter? I don't know!
