My fertility specialist precribed cd5-9 when I took it. Looks like they vary a lot!

With my history I talked it over with the geneticist at my high risk specialist's office. She has access to thousands of studies and sat on the phone with me for over an hour looking into it! The final verdict was yes, there is a slightly increased risk of issues after taking clomid, most "common" being learning disability, BUT the increased odds are negligible at less than 1% in more "common" issues like LD ( less than 0.5% in most of the scary stuff) over general population. Given there is a risk of a child of ours having a learning disability anyway, as it runs on both sides, and I am going to school to be a special education teacher, I didn't feel LD was a big enough issue to avoid clomid. But that is a decision you have to make for yourself. HTH.

Yes, it's not the most common timing but certainly happens.

Pill colours, sizes and shapes vary with brands. But if you are buying it you will never know 100% that it is clomid despite the generic name being printed on the packaging.

    1) 50mg
    2) days 2-6
    3) 2 cycles so far mild ohss &bfn so month off for me this month
    4) will update
    5) irregular ovulator/cycles, mild pcos, hypothyroid.

Hoping for a healthy baby ASAP trying to sway pink after 2 gorgeous boys xxx

Nope. My only clomid conception thus far was my chem preg and I don't think my body was healed enough after my D&C to sustain that one... I don't blame clomid. I did have one conception on a cycle following a clomid cycle (another loss- late term stillborn). But, no, my boys aren't clomids babies.
