CFR = Compressed Frequent Release. It's a strategy for when you intended to FR and either ran out of time to do enough releases or DH couldn't manage it.
You can read up on all the FR strategies here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...pink-blue.html
Abstaining for 2+ weeks would sway pink, but isn't recommended as abstination for that long can damage sperm. And there is some worry that it might increase risk of birth defects. In men over 35 abstination is definitely not recommended because of this risk being higher in older guys, and also if DH smokes/drinks/exposed to chemicals and other stuff.Me (38) and DH (38)

We don't know which is better and it may be different for each individual anyway.
Most important is to do what DH feels good about and that doesn't completely make it impossible for him to complete the transaction.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
