i drank tons less water than i usually do as i replaced it with diet coke - although no idea if it worked. Water is good for ewcm production and general health as far as i'm aware so prob best not too drink too much.

We just had a discussion about water here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...ns-please.html

But unfortunately it's in the Members Only section.

Water doesn't sway. Drink to thirst, not excessive but don't NOT drink because you think you can reduce EWCM that way. If you have too much EWCM then take the antihistamines, but it's dangerous to deliberately dehydrate yourself.

No need to change what you usually do, just drink water as normal or other drinks as you usually do.

sorry lace - didn't mean i drank very little to become dehydrated, just that i usually drank loads of water a day, but replaced this with aspartame for the most part that did dramatically reduce my ewcm

I don't want anyone screwing aroudn with their water intake (either drinking a lot, or not much) when they're messing with their electrolyte levels - meaning eating less sodium/potassium. Just drink to thirst!!
