    Timing

Ive heard timing is not that important. But I was planning an 0+12. I seriously dont get how people figure it out. You get a pos PPL but that still leaves up to a 36-48 he window. And I read on FR and cut offs. I honestly don't get it. Could I just have sex once when I get the pos opk and just keep ph down?

They don't figure it out. They only think they did. I saw tons of people back on IG who were all terribly confused about O+12 and asking dozens of q's about it, then then got their BFP and suddenly they were dispensing all this sage advice about O+12 and how to do it. So take everything you read on IG about O+12 with a huge grain of salt.

There is NO WAY that the cervix and CM of every woman on the face of the planet dries up at exactly the same rate of speed in every month. That's not how the human body even works. The month I got my DD I had EWCM for 2 days after I ovulated and if I had been waiting aroudn for creamy CM, I would not have her today.

I have a "cheater's O+12" technique where you just BD once 48 hours after your first pos OPK. I think it's easiest to do that, even tho I don't believe that timing sways and it will make it way way harder to get pg.

One attempt at pos OPK is a fine idea - that's how a lot of us have gotten our DDs. Timing does not sway, but limiting number of attempts and having hubby release in certain frequency to deplete sperm numbers, do seem to sway.

What part of FR are you confused with? If it seems like too much and your hubby is under 35, you can go with abstain + one attempt instead.

I dont understand a lot of it so I thought Id with an easy route of one and done. No sex for over a week then Bam. My husbands only 22 so no worries there. I like the idea of 48 hours after. How often should I opk?

I'd do them once a day from CD 10-12 and then 2x a day from CD 13 on.
