Which cereals are okay on girl diet?

I LOVE cereal. After reading the study about how cereal eaters conceive more boys, it's no wonder I have 2.

    Which cereals are okay? Thanks!

I think rice pops are fine or cornflakes if they are low sodium but not for breakfast as best not to eat breakfast

Priority one - must be low sodium

Priority two - if you can find unfortified cereal, that is best (but that is not easy to find!)

Priority three - shouldn't be oat-based because there is a chemical in oats that raises testosterone.

Priority four - try to find one that is high in cal and mag if you can.

I like plain puffed rice, it's cheap and you can sometimes find it unfortified. Rice Krispies is recommended on other sites but it has a ghastly amount of sodium!!

I have organic corn and rice cereal that are organic because they don't add the vitamins.
