11 Days Luteal Phase
Hi,
So AF came this morning, a bit earlier than I would have hoped.
That makes my luteal phase 11 days long. It used to be 13 days, but I am still breastfeeding our toddler.
I know 11 days is on the short side, but do you think it is long enough to conceive without taking supplements to correct it?
Any opinions would be much appreciated.

11 days is perfectly fine! Anything from 10-17 days is within 'normal'. And I'm envious, when I was still bf'ing DS3 when I started to TTC my LP was shot to hell, 5-7 days. I ended up having to wean entirely and take Vitex AND B6 to get it back up over 10.
I conceived all my other kids on an LP of 8-11 days, so you're fine.Me (38) and DH (38)
