Foods to totally avoid
Please could somebody post the link for foods that should be completely avoided? I can't find it anywhere. It had a lot of nail biting smilies :-)

While that may be the case, there are TONS of foods that allegedly raise T levels at least according to our Wise Internet and it's really not necessary to avoid all of them.
Worrying about how every individual food may sway is not necessary. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...s-swaying.html
Avocado can be a good rescue food because it's the only thing I've found that is low in protein and sodium but high in fat, potassium, and calories. Plus, it's just as good for those with PCOS/IR as it is for the rest of us.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
