Is running a no no exercise when swaying pink?
I am in the middle of doing couch to 10k and hoping to sway in July? So is it just around ttc/ ov time that you don't do anything to build muscle?

No, running is fine for TTC a girl. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...h-genders.html intense exercise while losing weight can actually shrink muscle and is a good pink sway tactic

Anecdotally, several of the people I know who had a girl after one or more boys started marathon training before conceiving. If I thought my body could take it, I would aim to run 5+ miles/day at least 5 days/week as part of a pink sway.

I'm a marathon runner and have done intense cardio my whole life not much weight lifting......I have 3 boys! My friend who is also an intense cardio crazy woman, has 3 boys and just got her girl! I know there are a lot of other factors, but I was training hard core for a marathon when I accidentally got pregnant with ds1. Maybe it's just my luck lol

Good luck and have fun! I'm a runner but haven't ran in the last year, lol. I found it leaned me out TOO much, and I was a little burned out too.
But it's certainly excellent for pink sway exercise as it'll tend to catabolize muscle if anything.
Have fun and good luck with the training!Me (38) and DH (38)
