    Starting lazy sway early ..what do you think?

    My ttc month will be in Aug/sept but I want to go on the diet to lose weight now ( post baby weight) I come on here and read all the diet and can't wait to restart my diet ( was on it for a month). What do you all think if I start the LE diet now but with some cheat days? I tend to eat b'fast on a Sat as we have a family b'fast so if I do LE for the week and have a cheat day Sat? I am 5ft3 and 53kg ( last time I weigh while on diet) I don't lose weight easily. So don't think I'll ever have the problem of loosing too much weight! (It's al ost laughable how impossible that would be!! )

    Then I can be really strict in June.

    I don't think I'll have time to exercise . It'll depend on my work at that time. At the moment I have totally stopped exercising as I rush to work at 7 and get home at 5. What with getting dinner , kids ready for bed, readers for my ds1 .. I can't fit in any more lol

    Sounds like a good plan to me. Will you be taking supplements? If so when will you add them?

    I am still undecided with the supplements. With ds1 I took vitex and ds2 I think I took some vitex but not regularly, only when I can remember. I was taking B vitamins with ds2 so I'm not going to take any. I'll just take the prerequisite frolic acid.

    I'm on thyroxine so I can take sp or peppermint tea :S
    Not sure what other supps I can take ..
