Ah, I can't believe it, I bought calcium carbonate even though I knew I needed the citrate one - back to the shops again! Thank you, wishing, that's really helpful.

Hi wishing, sorry another question! I goggled vega calcium citrate and I can only find them in 100mg quantities. Did you get thosevand take 10 a day or did you find tham in bigger quantities, thanks!

No i only took one a day and 2 leading up to O, (i also stopped the supps in the 2ww as they were expensive,) as i was more than making the rest up in my diet and it has been said a few times on here that it is better to take your calcium through diet rather than supps! I did look round and i couldnt find a higher dosage over here in the uk they also seem to be a lot more expensive than calcium carbonate for some reason.
