Face creams sway?

I use retinol (100,000iu vit A.) face cream (for acne) and high concentration green tea face gel. I read that 60% of what you put on your skin is absorbed into your blood ******. So should I stop doing these during my sway? I know the LE diet talks about low nutrients, but does that take into account nutrients absorbed by the skin (like vit. d from the sun)? I'm probably over analyzing things, but this is making me worry.

Hey, I do the same thing, just stopped now 6 weeks before TTC. Partly bcz I was also wondering avout it swaying blue, and lso bcz it is teratogenic, causes damage to fetus, so it is ok to have it out of my system...

I know this is not your specific question but for informational purposes, DO NOT ever ever ever get pregnant while using ORAL Retinol. While the skin creams have not been linked to birth defects, the oral form DEFINITELY has been.

I would personally have you stop using them both for the sake of safety and for your sway. We don't know that the skin creams are safe, we don't know how they sway, and unless you need them i just don't think it's worth the risk.
